The recipe
- 1
Make the coffee
1 teaspoon of Morning Coffee in 8–10 oz of hot water. For iced, shake it with cold water first.
- 2
Add Creatine
1 scoop (5 g). Warm coffee dissolves it fastest, so stir it in before the ice.
- 3
Add Collagen Glow
1 scoop of unflavored peptides. It disappears, no taste or texture.
- 4
Finish with creamer
2 scoops of Collagen Creamer for a vanilla latte. Pour over ice if you like it cold.

Questions
Can you put collagen in coffee?
Yes. Hydrolyzed collagen peptides dissolve in hot and cold drinks, and unflavored collagen doesn't change the taste of your coffee.
Can you put creatine in coffee?
Yes. Unflavored creatine monohydrate mixes into coffee. It dissolves more easily in warm liquid, so add it before ice. Taking it every day matters more than the time of day.
Can you take collagen and creatine together?
Yes, they're often taken together and both mix into the same drink. If you have kidney concerns, are pregnant or take medication, check with your doctor before starting creatine.
Is this the same as protein coffee?
Close. Collagen is a protein, so the morning cup adds protein to your coffee. Collagen Creamer and Collagen Glow together add collagen protein without the chalky taste of many protein powders.
